We offer FREE standard shipping for all international orders (outside of Taiwan) over US$50. For orders below US$50, shipping costs will be calculated by destination and the total order weight upon checkout.

Please note that all stated delivery times are estimated and are from the day of dispatch. Estimated delivery times do not include customs processing time.
For standard and EMS shipping, orders will be delivered by your local postal service. For express shipping, orders will be delivered by DHL Express. Deliveries will occur during business hours from Monday to Friday, holidays excluded.
For security reasons, your order may require a signature at the time of delivery. Please choose an address that someone is available to receive the parcel during business hours. Please note that we do not ship to PO boxes or military addresses.
Shipping is DDU (delivered duty unpaid) for all the countries that require custom taxes, except for Taiwan. Your order may incur VAT, duties or fees on imports. Please consult your local customs authorities for details of customs charges.
