If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase from, you may return it within 14 days of receipt. At this time, we are unable to offer exchanges. You can always return your products for a refund and place a new order.

To be eligible for a return, your items must be in its original packaging, unused, and in unaltered condition. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, please contact us at with your Order# and the items you’d like to return. Authorized return will receive a Return#, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Rejecting to receive the order or sending the products back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items (including items purchased using discount codes) or gift cards. Please note, the original shipping costs are non-refundable.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your items. For added safety, please use a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned items.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Please note that only items purchased on will be accepted for a return. If your items were purchased at an authorized retailer, please contact the retailer to arrange for a return or exchange.
