SHIPPING METHOD & RATES
We currently ship via DHL Express to 36 countries: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Canada, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Monaco, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Singapore, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, UK and US.
Orders are shipped and delivered on normal business days. Shipping is a flat rate for all orders:
- Asia Pacific (next-day delivery): $9.99
- US & Canada (1-3 business days): $12.99
- Australia & New Zealand (2-4 business days): $19.99
- Europe (2-4 business days): $24.99
FREE express shipping is offered for orders over $50.
We provide all shipments with a tracking number.
You will receive an order confirmation email upon checkout. Please allow up to 5 business days to process your order. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an additional shipping confirmation email with the tracking number. Extra processing time may require during holidays and promotional periods.
Please provide accurate shipping and contact information as we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We do not ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
DUTIES AND TAXES
Our orders will be shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). Some countries may require duties, import taxes and customs fees for the imports. If applicable, these charges are ultimately determined by your local customs office. Paying these charges is your responsibility and is necessary to release your order from the customs. There might also be delays in delivery your order due to customs checks which is out of our control. For more information, please consult your local customs office.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
If you are not 100% sure with your purchase from www.petiteamieskincare.com, please email us with your Order# within 14 days of receipt and we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Authorized return will receive a Return# and return details.
Products must be returned in unused, unaltered and unopened condition with the original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping labels. We are not responsible for lost packages. Please insure all return shipments with a tracking number.
We will process the refund within 5 business days after receiving your return. You will receive a refund confirmation email once your refund has been processed. Please note shipping charges on either end are not refunded.
We are unable to offer exchanges at this time. Please return your purchase for a refund and place a new order for the appropriate item.
We only accept returns for products purchased through www.petiteamieskincare.com.
Please note that Sale Items are not eligible for a return.
We reserve the right to reject returns which do not respect our return policy.
