IMPORTANT SHIPPING UPDATE

Due to the global pandemic, we are experiencing service disruptions and significant delays to standard orders. Currently, our standard delivery service is only available to 10 destinations: Canada, Denmark, France, Germany, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Taiwan, United States (except for Hawaii, Guam, and other territories of the US).

Our express delivery service is running normally (and on time) to all 33 countries we ship to. All online orders will be processed and shipped as usual.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

Orders are usually processed and shipped in 1-2 business days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation.

Standard orders will be delivered by your local postal service. Express orders will be shipped via DHL. Express orders may require a signature upon delivery.

Please keep the following in mind:
- We do not ship to PO boxes or military addresses.
- We are unable to ship to multiple addresses in one order.

International orders will be shipped DAP (Delivered At Place). As such, your order may incur duties, fees and import taxes upon delivery. This charge is determined by your local customs authority and payment of these fees is obligatory. For further information, please consult your local customs office.


RETURNS

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase from petiteamieskincare.com, you may return it within 14 days of receipt. At this time, we are unable to offer exchanges. Please return your purchase for a refund and place a new order for the preferred items.

To be eligible for a return, your items must be in its original packaging, unused, and in unaltered condition. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, please contact us at service@petiteamieskincare.com with your Order# and the items you’d like to return. Authorized return will receive a Return#, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Rejecting to receive the order or sending the products back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items (including items purchased using discount codes) or gift cards. Please note, shipping costs are non-refundable.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your items. For added safety, please use a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned items.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Please note that only items purchased on petiteamieskincare.com will be accepted for a return. If your items were purchased at an authorized retailer, please contact the retailer to arrange for a return or exchange.
