*COVID-19 UPDATE: Due to the current global COVID-19 situation, international airmail services are suspended in some countries. Therefore, our standard delivery service is only available to 8 destinations: France, Germany, Japan, Netherlands, Singapore, Taiwan, UK and US (except for Hawaii, Guam, and other territories of the US). Our express delivery service is running normally to all the countries we ship to. All online orders will be processed & shipped as usual. We are doing our best to deliver your orders on time, however, we may experience delays somewhere along the way as we try to keep everyone safe. We will keep you posted on any further update.

DELIVERY TERMS

Dispatch of orders may take up to three business days but we aim to ship all orders the first business day following the day the order was placed. Extra processing time may require during holidays and promotional periods. 

All standard orders will be delivered by your local postal service. Express orders will be shipped via FedEx or DHL Express depending on the destination. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with the tracking number. 

Please note that delivery schedule is a best estimate only. Actual delivery times may vary depending on shipping destinations. Petite Amie Skincare will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by any reasonable or unavoidable delay in delivery. We will not deliver to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Please be aware that international deliveries may be subject to customs, regulatory or legal restrictions. To comply with local legislation you or the shipping recipient may be required to pay additional taxes, fees or levies, import duty or formal customs entry may apply. If applicable, these charges are ultimately determined by your local customs office. Paying these charges is your responsibility and is necessary to release your order from the customs. We are unable to accept any responsibility for any charges incurred and are unable to offer any assistance or advice. We advise that you check with your local customs agent before placing an order.


RETURNS & EXCHANGES

If you are not 100% sure with your purchase from petiteamieskincare.com, please email us with your Order# within 14 days of receipt for a refund. Authorized return will receive a Return# and return details. 

Products must be returned in unused, unaltered and unopened condition with the original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping labels. We are not responsible for lost packages. Please insure all return shipments with a tracking number. 

We will process the refund to your original payment method within 5 business days after receiving your return. You will receive a refund confirmation email once your refund has been processed. Please note shipping charges on either end are not refunded.

We are unable to offer exchanges at this time. Please return your purchase for a refund and place a new order for the appropriate item.

We only accept returns for products purchased through petiteamieskincare.com. 

Please note that sale and discounted items (including items purchased using discount codes) are not eligible for returns.

We reserve the right to reject returns which do not respect our return policy.
